We value your privacy. Below is how we handle your personal data, following the example of the Dutch AI Coalition (NL AIC).

PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

The AI Hub North Netherlands processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

We process first and last name, address information, phone number, email address and information about your activities on our website. We do not process any special or sensitive personal data. We do not retain this data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected.

We process this data for handling payments, sending our newsletter (if you have given us permission), calling you when necessary to perform our services, inviting you to events (after you have given us permission) and if we are required to do so by law.

You can indicate on the website that you consent to us sending you our newsletter. If you do, we will collect your information (first name, last name and e-mail address). You may withdraw your consent to send this newsletter at any time by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe link in the last newsletter sent.

You can register for an event through our website (or in response to an email invitation). Depending on the type of event, we need a minimum set of data to organize this event. We collect your name and e-mail address and, if necessary, other information provided on the registration form (or in the mail). You can unsubscribe from an event by emailing secretariaat@AIhub-noord.nl .

SHARE WITH OTHERS

The AI Hub North Netherlands does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

The AI Hub North Netherlands remains responsible for this processing.

MAPPING WEBSITE TRAFFIC

The North Netherlands AI Hub website uses functional and analytical cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website.

The AI Hub North Netherlands uses cookies for the following purposes:

You have the right to view, correct or delete (or have deleted) your personal data. You may send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@aihub-noord.nl.

The AI Hub North Netherlands will carry out your request and notify you as soon as possible, at the latest within four weeks.

The AI Hub North Netherlands takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
